Boot Camp Class again!

My legs are on fire this morning! I think if mine are on fire my students legs are if they did everything correctly! We did high knees, butt kicks, scooter racing this is when you sitting on the scoters and use your legs push yourself down the gym and back, abs, then go onto your tummy on the scooter and using your arms to get down the gym and back, squats with kicks "ouch", Jump rope, 100 push ups, flutter kicks (working those lower abs), and a ton of running with cones, and steps. This class is 1 hour long, so very fun and it goes so fast! Thank Gosh I only teach this once a week or I would be done "in a nice positive way"
