Wednesday!

 AM Plans ~Warm up 1 mile baby jog, followed by 20 min. weights then off to swim 3200.

Ok I had to do it baby jog tonight!!! 
Nothing like on my run I see a bunch of flowers all by it self 
When I started running the sun was hidden and then look what pops out….

Clinic Tuesday!

Morning started out with a run (a small run) I ended up in the bathroom more than my run on the dreadmill. That was it a call to the doctor and I'm in the clinic, after all the blood work and testing. The decision was made to get a referral to get a Colonoscopy, where is the bleeding coming from?? Time to find out. Now wait time meaning wait for the hospital to call me to get in. I did tell the doctor I can ride bike with no situations so that's what I did, I road for two hours, I figured I should stay on my bike while in my zoom meeting.

Monday week 6/24

Ok so call into the doctor about yesterday’s GI issues, I thought because I can sit on my bike I’ll ride easy in zone 2 for 90 min.

Easy, Easy 7 miles with the sun! 
 I wanted 10 but my stomach issues became major issues!! Needless to say, no running or riding. I’ve lost major blood through my stool so noooooooooooooo exercise for the rest of the day! #fastpantson

Sunny Saturday!

 Thank goodness I got out early 8 miles done with the sun and lots of GI issues, a little concerning time to call the doctor to get in for a check up! 


Then off to the doctor to find out lil E. needs a cast on, no softball for her for a few weeks. 


Then baseball for Korbinator and a crazy night so no training for the evening…

Early Tuesday 4:15 am



Today early morning with Elsie not feeling well finally at 6:00am I was able to do 30 min. Of strength training as my partner was watching lol 


Later ~60 min. Bike followed by a 30 min. Run….

Week 5 here we go!

Top of the morning watching the Boston Marathon while running on my dreadmill (every year I try and see how far I get while watching it (for some reason I never get to 26.2 LOL)  
Hamstrings are tingling, and calf's are too...


Could I do it again my fastest time running a marathon was 3:50:00 in Chicago however, I was under someone name, oh the good old days running marathon under someone else name and getting it for a great price or free....
If I train again for it I would need under a 3:50 wouldn't that be incredible to be able to achieve that in an Ironman finish???

Thursday - Get after it!

5:30 Pilates with my zoom family! 

Followed by an easy 3-mile dreaedmill run, it was freezing cold out wowza! I have to say after having covid I can't believe how hard it is to run I can't get my pace up for anything, it's very, very frustrating! However, I'm blessed to be able to run! 
I did follow up with an evening dreadmill run just running slow with my heart rate. 
off to the pool I had the need to swim 3000 yards a peep for every 1000 yards lol 

My Goggles didn't beat me up as bad as Monday lol...

10 mile easy, easy run - when I say easy I mean easy I has the worst GI issues I’ve ever had, to the point when I got home I called the doctor to get in. With the pandemic I can’t get into until May 3rd yikes… but having an appointment is better then not!
