Not the week I planned however; it ended the way it needed to with my family!

Last week was full of Snots, Headache, Sleep, and THE COUGH!

Wowza! I still have the cough!
Last week training Friday swimming I was done after that, Saturday was Pilates and cycling 75 min. and an easy 6 mile run before the family went to the WILD game.
I have to say I am so blessed I love my family more than I can ever express!
I wish Tyler, Jennah, Nova and Landen were with us!!

Now just breathe. You are strong enough to handle your challenges, wise enough to find solutions to your problems, and capable enough to do whatever needs to be done.

With that said last week I was so lucky to get my kids cold YIKES I was on the couch all day Saturday and some of Sunday. My training was in the hole...... UGH!

So with that said today Monday I'm still in the hole!
