I can’t believe how bad my hamstrings hurt even standing! Time to strengthen them along with the rest of my body! No more fluffy body…

Beautiful morning for a little jog, 43 degrees out “Perfect,”! 

Workout two- The lil’s wanted to play hockey and I wanted to try and ride my bike so we made it work. I road bike in the garage and the lil’s put lights on, put lights on the nets and off to play hockey with their rollerblades on… 💛

New race glasses came in…

 

FiiT Pilates morning and yep Bailey Bear has to join.

When you run on the dreadmill for a few miles and you say to your running partner do you want to run outside…. 💛

Still not feeling 100%, up early again, sweaty, headache, body aches! Pilates class starts at 5:30am I’m just going to do the best I can, as we all know movement is medicine. 😉☀️

 Top of the morning from the dreadmill! Sometimes that’s all you need at 4:40am when you can’t sleep. A run and watching Ironman Kona “Happy Wednesday ☀️”

The last few days I’ve been feeling like crap so I had to make sure I’m COVID Free thank goodness I am! Two days off work sucks! Thank goodness back to work tomorrow…
