Ok so very much has gone on!

Short and Sweet!!

2. My oldest son turning 18!

3. Doing so much training with clients outside.

4. My tummy is getting better "thank gosh" however, my arm isn't (where they put the IV in) so
I have to go back into the doctor they just love me..

5. Ironman training "wowza" thank gosh I have an ok base or I would be in a pile of trouble..... I've only done 1 -62 mile bike ride, Swimming not!, and Running I think only 5 miles.

My goal!
6. Get back on Track not only with my training but with my blog!

Awesome Granola

2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (about 1/2 pound)
1/2 cup wheat-bran cereal
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup blanched whole or slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup buckwheat honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup seedless raisins

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine oats, bran, wheat germ, almonds, and cinnamon in a bowl. Heat the honey and oil in a saucepan until small bubbles appear around the sides of the pan. Pour over dry mixture and toss until well combined.

Spread evenly in a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Add raisins and cranberries. Cool and store in an air-tight container. Makes about five cups.
