Sick, Sick, Sick ~ omg day two I can't believe it I'm never around anyone! It started Monday night holy fire my throat was hurting so bad I couldn't sleep without a cough drop and couldn't swallow. I decided to go in everything came back negative which is great! Tuesday morning, I get up and felt worse get the littles ready for school then back home to try and take bailey for a walk "bad idea" came home on the couch. Stayed on the couch until I picked up my lils. Then back to the couch UGH I hate this feeling... Wednesday waiting to wake the lils up take them to school and back to bed. Blane is you guessed at work. 

I guess I have to take a few days off lol.....

 Saturday~ Easy Bike with Band work no running I was at my 40 miles a week, so I just wanted to recover from running and watch the New York Marathon.

Today's training! Run 10 miles 2 miles warm up 6 miles temp run 2 miles cool down total time 1:39:00
I've changed up my eating and started spreading my meals throughout the day that seems to help my stomach, I wasn't running to the rest room like crazy, now I just need to remove the whey protein out little by little and try and eat healthier whole foods.
