Just a few photos of training on nutrition, running and cycling...

I posted these because I want to keep track of all my training ya never know if Instaram will last forever and I know blogging will. 
Starting in November I started my 30 min. Plan everyday I would do 1 exersice for 30 min. No matter what there would be no excuses. 
November (run 1 mile everyday)
 December it was Pilates or Barre   
January/February Cycling and starting my Marathon program

Somethings are hard but for the best!


I haven't written for a little while because I had to make some big decisions, for the past 18 years I've been training athletes, I've been getting up at 4:00 AM M-F if not earlier to train myself and then train with them or just train myself. As I closed my Studio back in June I really was having a hard time with it (I felt I was't changing life's like I know I could be ) so everyday I continued to post positive quotes for people to get them motivated to keep going or inspire them to get started.
I starting looking for a new spot as more and more messages came into me on facebook, text messages, emails yada, yada I again was making quick decisions and I can't afford to do again.
These last few months I've been working with Athletes online and it's been going amazing; I don't have to worry about over head, if the Athletes are going to show up for their training, injuries (which in the 7 years I had my Studio no one had an injury) as I'm working with these amazing athletes online it's helping me realize I really need to be focusing on myself and try to get faster, get my health under control and spend as much time with my littles as much as I can. I made the decision I would not go looking for a new spot yet if it happens, it happens. I will continue to train/coach athletes online and really focus on myself and really work on my Quest for Kona.
I can't believe how hard of a decision that was however, I need to work on this dream of mine as I have worked with so many on their dreams.
