Forget the swim shampoo and condishner crap, I've tried them all my hair still feels like straw after using them; so I tried Theorie and hell no I will not waste my money on the other stuff I'm sticking with these and a leave in condishner... 😉🏊
Training athletes is such a blessing to me, watching athletes give their best, knowing that I have a positive impact on their day/lives is just priceless to me. Today while training we seen some of the most beautiful views while others were snuggled in their beds... 😉
I've changed my training schedule around so I could get everything set for the athletes before they get there (at the parks). So for me no training before they train unless I want to get up at 3:19 AM.... Mmmmm no!
So after I'm done training them I'm off to the YMCA to swim thankfully everyone understands when 6:00am comes training is done and "the evil trainer is off to do her training!"
Today was swim 2800, eat breakfast in the car, get my littles ready for school, and out the door...

So this morning I had to cancel training with my other athletes, my son was up sick. As he falls back asleep I think ok get up run, so I make it 3 miles before I had to "RUN,RUN" my butt home after I heard the thunder... Yep, running in the rain ok... Running with thunder and lightning no way!!! Dried off and made this, training will have to wait...as I listen to the rain fall and hear the thunder.

Today I felt awesome, went to swim with an open mind of kick azzzzzzz and see what you can do. I felt amazing so I went for it 4000 yards, the best thing is I could have went more however, I needed to pick up my little ☀️. 🏊💪😉
Hills, Hills and Flats....I have to say this is my first ride not feeling like 100000 bucks today was mental toughness! 😳💪 Every time I said something negative I would add 10 min. to my ride. I know not every ride is going to be awesome however, I'm thankful I'm able to do these things and I should never take it for granted (so negitivity = 10 min. Flat or 1 more MM hill climb)

Smoking hot day, first time I've ever run up 14/61 wowza!!!! My legs were on FIRE....... 👟🔥
So this morning, I'm getting on my bike to take food to a spot for my 2:20 run today and see this...... How does that work 99.0 right on the dot!?!?!
So my GPS said 98.6 my bike says 99.0 I'm taking the bike distance. Blane said why didn't you ride the full 100?? I said, I'm saving it for Boulder 🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴
What I ate yesterday on my bike
Oatmeal in the am
2 Powerade gels w/caffeine
2 bottles of Powerade with water
5 fudge sticks
10 PC licorice
Ride experience- Bike chain fell off and jammed really bad thankfully came out (well because I pulled it) my ride was ment to be... I feel amazing... 🏊🚴👟
