Why I haven't posted ~

Just a little frustrating! I have to say I would rather it be me than anyone else, I just wish I knew the outcome it defiantly would make it easier on my thoughts! 
I can't believe how much your mind can play games on you. I will definitely stay positive and keep training and wear my sunscreen! 
5/16/23-
Today was “a little” set back, so no training tonight. Long story short, “Praying for no Melanoma”….. Making a negative into a positive~ I made sure I had the best band aid they had… I mean it’s yellow and it has the flash on it!! ✔️😉😂☀️
5/24/23 - no results yet ugh!

Week 8 Let's GO!

 




 Week 8 

 Monday try and swim 300/Bike 75

Tuesday Pilates/Weights/Bike 90

Wednesday swim 3000/Run 60 min. 

Thursday Bike 90/ Run 45

Friday Bike 60/Swim 3000

Saturday Bike 2 hours outside if you can 60 min. inside 

Sunday 90 min Run

 

week 7 Didn't go as planned...

 This week was crazy! I hurt my shoulder so NO swimming, had a huge banquet to get ready for and the craziness of being a VP, a MOM of kids in sports can sometimes incredible "fun!" 

However, consistency is key and doing the best you can with what you have for that day is the winning ticket!

Week 7 Keep building that fire Sunshine!


 Monday Swim 3000/ 300 abs 
Tuesday Ride 90 min/ Pilates 
Wednesday run 60 min./ 300 abs 
Thursday Pilates -75 bike/30 min, running.
Friday Swim 3000/ 2 Hour 15 ride
Saturday Pilates 3-hour ride easy/30 min. run
Sunday funday 2 hours of running.


The Half Marathon Run Program

Monday -3 

Tuesday -3x1600

Wednesday - 3 

Thursday - 50 temp

Friday Rest 

Saturday - 5 mile pace 

Saturday 1:45 run 


 

Week 6 was awesome!

 

What a great week of training! Now if I could get my GI issues on track that would be great!
