I had to change yesterdays training to today; so yesterday was filled with running 8 miles. I had to do a double 5/3 -I just don’t have time to run the full 8 so I do what I can..

Wednesday morning 5 mile dreadmill run, run and stretch 
Heart rate is still so high only running at a (5.1 or 5.2) it’s crazy and frustrating when I used to run at a 7.2 
I just have to keep reminding myself you have to start where I’m at NOT where I was!!! 


Evening ride with Matt followed by a slow 1 mile run.,, 
To funny as I’m tracking all my stuff this popped up on my Garmin (yeah right) 😂😂😂
Trying to keep up my protein intake with yogurt, cottage cheese and yummy syrup!!

Finishing out the week with the Sün!!

I haven’t run 40 miles in 1 week in a along, long, long time!!! 
The doubles really help however, my hamstring is on fire, I think it was running up MM. Let’s see what tomorrow brings…. 


OMG-my 75 hard -I have to start over 😂 I missed my water, I can’t believe it!

 The Start of Sunday morning!! I can’t believe how good I feel, thankfully doubles have helped me get my miles up. I’m running slower then normal and my heart rate is sky high (even at an 11 min. Mile) but I’m out doing it. 

I do love this Strava I can see when I started feeling yucky…. 


Today is going to be warm I have to get out and run…..

Day 1 of my 75 Hard

 I’m definitely not a follower- so today I start my 75 hard, here’s the list I came up with!!  

Why I came up with my own 75 hard 
I don’t drink alcohol, follow a diet mmmmmmm I need something I can do everyday of my life not 75 days of a diet, and as far as take photos everyday (where the heck an I going to store them? I feel weekly photos are perfect!

I just couldn’t get my heart rate down omg…running at 10 min. Pace
