Tuesday-


Fiit Pilates, followed by an awesome #rootbeerfloat Dreadmill run with MATT…. 🤣


My run was ~ 2 mile warm up, 3-mile tempo run, 3-mile interval run, and 2 mile cool down 
With that indoor run I was so lucky we have a restroom downstairs. I just can't get away from my GI issues no matter what I eat or what I don't eat I'm still adding miles by running to the restroom. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go in again I HATE IT!! 

After really thinking over my goals and changing things up, I always have to remember I am my only limit(s).
