OMG where did the week go?

 This week was crazy from no school, back to school, football, cross country, volleyball and oh yes training. 

Monday Run/weights 

Tuesday FiiT Pilates/ PM 60 min. Run easy/Volleyball 

Wednesday Run 7 miles with hill sprints\ PM Run with CC sprints 

Thursday Swim, Swim, Walk, Walk Work Football/Volleyball 

Fri-YAY! Today is an easy run/weights AM and PM
