Training for today- Running -50 min. of warm up of 1 mile then 5 x 3 min. with 3 min. off " now this depends on my foot" then 1 to 2 mile cool down.
Swimming 3200 yards

Going to a friends house to eat - I'm bringing Monster Cookies and Gummy Bears "yum, yum"
