Here's a few little treats I love and it's so easy to make.
3/4c non fat plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 scoop protein powder
4 tablespoons PB2
1 Stevia
1 Apple

8oz almond milk
1/4c pumpkin
1scoop vanilla protein powder
Honey (I'm leaning this up to you😉)
1 tbsp PB2
