Starting week 3/18

 NOOOOOOOOOOOO! 

Well, I went out for what was supposed to be an easy training run and unfortunately came back with significant knee pain. It’s swollen quite badly, and despite trying to rest, elevate it, and taking ibuprofen, the discomfort hasn’t improved. I’ve had to cancel most of my classes for Monday (keeping Pilates) and will be setting up a doctor's appointment ASAP, I’m truly hoping it’s nothing serious. 

The positive about this is the new shoes felt great, and it felt great not running on the tready!
