WOWZA Life has been crazy and yes training is still going!

 

Volleyball Coach, CC Coach and let's throw in Football and Weight training too!

This week is the start of our kids after school sports, and I'll be Coaching two of them.

 I'm so excited as my daughter is for me to be Coaching Volleyball for her team. 

Korbinator starts Football and weight training today our days are going to be stacked. 

I just love it!

6:30 Kids up for School and Training 

11:00 Kona Training

Cross Country Coach 3:30-5:15

7:30 Home and Dinner

10:00 Bedtime with sweet dreams of what I have to do the next day! 

October ~we will be adding in Hockey for both of the littles....

Today was a stomach day I couldn't do my 4 hour bike ride I struggled in my mind wowza! But I have to remember there's a reason for everything!

I truly can't believe I'm training for KONA it's still so unreal to me.. I"M SO BLESSED! 

 

Just a little story

So I have to tell a little story! The day after IMWI my daughter and I went to the awards ceremony “ya never know right!” As we watched, listened, and took it all in.
My age group came up and at that time I didn’t get the “roll down!” I was sad as we left explained to Elsie what happened.
LiL E. Gave me a hug and said “I love you mom next time!” I came home signed up for Ironman WI. 2023!
Over the few months, I’ve been putting in the work and feeling great!
Moving forward - When I received the E-mail about Kona, of course I was so EXCITED but now I’m so extremely excited to tell my LIL E.
This is what I did -coffee for me, and her favorite orange drink for her, I put the Lei on the counter, (thank you @marie_howell27 for that). When she came out I told her, she was so excited “Congratulation mom” I love you, I love you! I’m so proud of you…..

Week 1/11

Here we go! My first week Training for IM KONA! I still can't believe it... I get to go to KONA! 

 

I signed up!

 I can't believe it, I can't believe it!! I'm in, I'm in!! A DREAM CAME TRUE!  

What the heck have I been doing?

 Hello Sunshine! 

                    I've been training, taking care of my kids, being a wife, a grandma, and helping my dad out with his things while running a foundation called Kicking Bear.  It's been crazy however, if you know me I do love crazy! 

Last night as I was actually sitting watching a tv show with my hubby, I thought I should look at me e-mail and great ready for the week as I looked at the headline of one it said Ironman and Ironman 70.3 world championship Kona.
