Monday Bike 60 and walk or Swim 2300 Kids are off school, hubby at work and Hockey night.
Tuesday Pilates and run 5 (6)
Wednesday 60 min bike, 4x800 (2mile warm up/2mile cool down)
Thursday Pilates and run 5 (6)
Friday Bike 60 and Swim 2300
Saturday Pilates, Bike 90 and run 5 miles hard!
Sunday 12 mile run/walk in the afternoon.
