Always RISE with what you’ve been given!



What a crazy week last week training went incredible I did miss my long 13 but 8 had to do. 
 However, with my hubby being at work I made all 6 hockey games on the weekend and all practices almost every night YIKES!
 
This week training!
Monday 60 min bike/3 mile run Hockey for two 
Tuesday Pilates, 30 min. weights/6 mile run Hockey for two
Wednesday Bike 60 weights/run 3 No Hockey.
 Thursday Pilates upper body weights/ 6 mile run Hockey for two 
Friday 7-mile run am/60 min. bike Hockey. 
Saturday Pilates/weights and 3 games of Hockey
Sunday 15 miles and 2 games of Hockey
