Feb.27-March 5 2023

 Gooood Morning Sunshine! It’s time to RISE & SHINE, Dream Big, Work Hard, Stay Focused, and make it HAPPEN!



Training for the week first OMG I'm going to be 50 how crazy is that? With that said this is the last week for Hockey omg what am I going to do with all my time LOL!  
Monday 60 min. Bike weight training/ 3 mile run
Tuesday 6 mile run/Pilates 
Wednesday 3 mile run/ 60 min. Bike 
Thursday 50K lets see what the weather is like!
Friday Bike 60
Saturday I will up date this I'm not sure yet 
Sunday same here.....

Ironman Training starts March 6th I will post weekly workouts here! 
I plan on doing a 12-week plan #9 from a book I used a long time ago, then jump into another plan from Sansego by Craig Alexander, It's a level 3 program I'm thinking the first 12 weeks are a great base.. 
Let's see only time will tell with dedication, and determination.

February 20-26

Always RISE with what you’ve been given!



What a crazy week last week training went incredible I did miss my long 13 but 8 had to do. 
 However, with my hubby being at work I made all 6 hockey games on the weekend and all practices almost every night YIKES!
 
This week training!
Monday 60 min bike/3 mile run Hockey for two 
Tuesday Pilates, 30 min. weights/6 mile run Hockey for two
Wednesday Bike 60 weights/run 3 No Hockey.
 Thursday Pilates upper body weights/ 6 mile run Hockey for two 
Friday 7-mile run am/60 min. bike Hockey. 
Saturday Pilates/weights and 3 games of Hockey
Sunday 15 miles and 2 games of Hockey

Training for this week 
Monday Bike 60 and walk or Swim 2300 Kids are off school, hubby at work and Hockey night.
Tuesday Pilates and run 5 (6) 
Wednesday 60 min bike, 4x800 (2mile warm up/2mile cool down) 
Thursday Pilates and run 5 (6)
Friday Bike 60 and Swim 2300 
Saturday Pilates, Bike 90 and run 5 miles hard!
Sunday 12 mile run/walk in the afternoon.

February 6-12 Keeping it easy!

Happy Monday Sunshine!
Always remember-Obstacles can't stop you. Problems can't stop you. Most of all others can't stop you. The only one who stops you is yourself.

Tuesday Pilates and run 3 with weights.
Wednesday 60 min bike Swim 2300
Thursday Pilates and weights and run 3
Friday Bike 60 Swim 2300 
Saturday Pilates and run 6 with weights
Sunday Bike 90 walk in the afternoon 

 Reflections of the week~ Busy Hocky week, didn't get into the pool as much as I would have liked to, but I do feel good there, I started a new weight training program so I can keep up with my strength when I ride with those boys this spring/summer.
