Wednesday!


Wednesday morning 5 mile dreadmill run, run and stretch 
Heart rate is still so high only running at a (5.1 or 5.2) it’s crazy and frustrating when I used to run at a 7.2 
I just have to keep reminding myself you have to start where I’m at NOT where I was!!! 


Evening ride with Matt followed by a slow 1 mile run.,, 
To funny as I’m tracking all my stuff this popped up on my Garmin (yeah right) 😂😂😂
Trying to keep up my protein intake with yogurt, cottage cheese and yummy syrup!!
