Last night was ruff, puking I ate to much when you don’t eat right for a week and try to eat normal your body says nope! Feeling better now so two miles with Matt (#peloton).
I can’t believe how my body is tired, but if I don’t add movement I fricken ache like crazy!
PM - I was feeling good enough to walk on the dreadmill again 2 miles, I have to say it’s a struggle not to run your mind says yes and your body and high heart rate says nope…😉☀️
