Thursday training!!

 Morning FüN-

 FiiT Pilates, bike “easy” 75 and 26 min. Of weight training. 


Love this workout,  just working on keep the legs going!

PM easy 3 trying to get my body ready for the two workouts a day. 

I have to say I feel tired, thankfully muscles only hurt from my weight training but my heart rate is still crazy high…. UGH!
 I’m eating clean and really working on getting in my hydration.
