Monday - Swim 2500 & Run 60 min. 

Tuesday Pilates/weight training & 75 Ride 

Wednesday Swim 2500 & Run 60 min 

Thursday Pilates, (Brick Bike/Run) 

Friday Swim 2500 & 90 min Ride  

Saturday Two Hour ride/ 30 min.easy run 

Sunday 60 min. Easy Run
