Slowing down my training bring up my iron levels!!

Wowza nothing like riding bike and getting dizzy, high heart rate and feeling heavy legs! So I really kept it easy zone (2) then off to a walk with Bailey Bear!!


With my Ferritin Levels being so low I’ve started Iron 2-3x a day! Long story short I hope it kicks in soon, having these symptoms SUCKS of course I mean that in a nice, positive way of course!!!
