 I seriously wish I would’ve logged when this all started. However, you can only move forward so a little bit about what I’ve been doing.
After March 15th everything was closed down, schools, jobs yada, yada..
 I needed to stay active and keep my athletes and friends active to so I started teaching fitness classes on Zoom and man oh man had that been a game changer! My state of mind helping myself and helping others through this is priceless. I made all of my classes free. So many people have lost their jobs, no money coming in and no money going out.
This is what I was doing~
~These trainings are early so you take this time for yourself it’s “No cost to you”.  I’m keeping these free for so many reasons, all you have to do is wake up, get dressed, get organized and jump in. The best thing is you feel amazing the rest of the day...

Tuesday at 6:00am
          ~Fit Pilates light weights/band
Wednesday at 6:00am
~Hiit Training Weights/TRX
Thursday at 6:00am
          ~Fit Pilates bands/weights/pilates ring  
Friday at 6:00am
        ~Weights/Cardio “Crush it Fri-YAY”
Saturday ~7:00am TRX Training 30-45 min.
Sunday
~7:00am 30 min. Fit Pilates/Barre training
As much as I miss seeing Athletes in person this is the next best thing..

I love it get out of bed at 5:00am get my coffee read and off to class in my garage or basement or deck.
However things will change on August 26 my new adventure!!!!
