Woke up up did 30 min of Six weeks abs/ 72 Burpees

Breakfast: Whey Protein/coffee
 Berries, flaxseed 
Multi vitamin: 1
Fish oils: 2
Thyroid medication: 1
Snack 20 almonds/kiwi/cukes

Lunch salad/tuna

Snack cukes with hummus
