My training has backed off this week. Doing that last marathon in Madison killed my IT bands so taken it easy! However, back at it this weekend we have a half marathon Rails to Trails. Then I will take it easy for a bit I have to let my body adjust to the pregnancy. My running will still be about 20-25 miles a week.
