200 warm up
200 Kicking Board
200 Drills
50 High Elbow
50 Fist Drill
50 Catch up Drill
50 Right side/Left side drills

6 x 50 first 25 fast next 25 slow 15 second rest

100 10 sec rest
150 15 sec rest
200 20 sec rest
250 30 sec rest
200 20 sec rest
150 15 sec rest
100 10 sec rest
Then last 50 of each do as hard as you can

50 backstroke

200 easy cool down
