Looking at doing a hard workout tomorrow I like a challenge Hill repeats with Hindu Squats goal for the first time is going to be 75 squats with 8-10 hill repeats. Distance of the hill will be 1 mile out to hill 6-8 min up hill, then nice easy down hill, Hindu Squats and back up Heart rate will be 80-85% lets see what we can do.
