Packed and ready to go!

Wowza finishing WI Half Ironman was incredible!
Friday set up getting ready was so fun I talked to so many people, it was crazy lots of congratulations on my Kona Spot and talking about just having fun at the half Ironman race.
Friday evening went to Panara Picked up rice and bread added extra rice, the rest of the evening gummy bears yada, yada.
Up all night, yep, I just couldn't sleep beside the point of Bailey waking us up all night, I kept watching the clock, I kept thinking I was going to miss the race start.
4:00am eat a small bagel, Ultra Formance by 1st phorm and a little spark.
5:00am left the house go there at 5:15 parked in the ramp, walked down to my bike, set up was 6 min. LOL talked to lots of athletes. Blane and I went down to the bathrooms sat and talked of course went to the restroom 100x just kidding. 6:45am started walking down to the start. Looked at the sunrise and then off into line. Waiting in line talking to other athletes so fun, feeling the nervousness of them but keeping them positive.
We're off the Cannon went off every five min. athletes went into the water, my turn it was like a mass start I was hit right away I learned really quick I need to work on my sighting I kept going to the center of the lake and not staying in line however every time I came back out I was running over athletes that were lower than me YIKES. As I came into to the finish a volunteer gabbed me I went to the wetsuit pull off, they pulled it off and I was off ran up the helix and didn't see Blane that was my first time I didn't see my hubby but kept going.
In transition~ dried off, grabbed my socks, glasses on and shoes, no long sleeve shirt I didn't think it would be that cold, helmet on and i was running to the dismount line.
Down the Helix I go ~ Zoom, Zoom I thought Sunshine just have a great easy day! But then NOPE let's kickbutt!
The Bike course was beautiful and fast lots of hills whooohooooo! I see 1 athlete go flying off the road I stopped for her to make sure she was ok I have to say that was terrible, she was ok. So back to catching up to the guys! As I passed all of the guys, they thought they should ride next to me when all three of them received a blue card which = penalty!
I held close to 20 MPH and came in 2nd in my age group missed 1st by 30 sec.
Transition #2
OMG I break my classes but didn't notice it until I was racking my bike the volunteer said I had to take my bike back to the dismount line to pick up the peace that fell off UGH!
Whatever, I have it put my shoes on, visor, and running belt ran to the big blue box took my second Imodium just incase.
Off to the run
Down the helix I go and out I have to say the run was incredible too, I seen my sister Bethanne at mile 3 gave her a Huge sweaty kiss on the cheek, and off running I felt so good until mile 7 and then OH SH!T find a BIG BLUE BOX. AT one point I thought I would have to ask someone to use their house bathroom lol. But I made it!
I was eating Pepto like candy and one more Imodium however it didn't work! UGH!!
Mile 9-13 was run walk run walk run walk.
just get it done!
My last mile was crazy I was on and off with this other lady and I thought I can't have her pass me again, so I just kept running! Up the helix, on the straight stretch then up another hill to a flat and the finish!!!
I'm so Blessed I see my family, my father-in-law and my sister! My mom and sister Mariea are on the phone wondering how it went!!
LiL E.gave me a huge hug and Korbin gives me a huge smile with a congratulatory hug too as they both tell me I love you mom great job!!
