This year I was asked to to Coach Volleyball (they didn’t have enough Coaches) so of course I said yes, now I have to say “I haven’t played Volleyball in years and have never Coached it.” I will openly admit I was a little nervous, so I watched videos, call my cousins daughters, ordered books and listen get the Pancake podcast like crazy!!
I didn’t even know how to do a rotation.
As I looked at the schedule, we had 12 matches and I wrote in the inside of my training notebook
“I WILL BE THE BEST COACH I NEVER HAD!”
With that said my A team finished the season 10/2
and my
B team was undefeated!
I was so excited for them and myself hard work always pays off!!
