What a day!

Today was tackling the Gym at the school, 8 hour later we haven’t even finished all of it just so crazy….

Time to clean this up… Get rid of the CRAP…. 

Even with my new job, I have to take care of myself if I don’t I can’t take care of anyone else. 

SO tonight I had to ride my road bike, I needed to ride fast and get the miles in.. I have to say nothing like riding with the sun and great tunes in 1 year…
