I posted these because I want to keep track of all my training ya never know if Instaram will last forever and I know blogging will.
Starting in November I started my 30 min. Plan everyday I would do 1 exersice for 30 min. No matter what there would be no excuses.
November (run 1 mile everyday)
December it was Pilates or Barre
January/February Cycling and starting my Marathon program
