1. WOW WHERE DO I START!2. My oldest son turning 18!3. Doing so much training with clients outside. 4. My tummy is getting better "thank gosh" however, my arm isn't (where they put the IV in) so I have to go back into the doctor they just love me..5. Ironman training "wowza" thank gosh I have an ok base or I would be in a pile of trouble..... I've only done 1 -62 mile bike ride, Swimming not!, and Running I think only 5 miles.My goal!
6. Get back on Track not only with my training but with my blog!

Awesome Granola 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (about 1/2 pound) 1/2 cup wheat-bran cereal 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/3 cup blanched whole or slivered almonds 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 cup buckwheat honey 1/4 cup canola oil 1/3 cup seedless raisins Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine oats, bran, wheat germ, almonds, and cinnamon in a bowl. Heat the honey and oil in a saucepan until small bubbles appear around the sides of the pan. Pour over dry mixture and toss until well combined. Spread evenly in a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Add raisins and cranberries. Cool and store in an air-tight container. Makes about five cups.
