Beautiful morning for a little jog, 43 degrees out “Perfect,”! 

Workout two- The lil’s wanted to play hockey and I wanted to try and ride my bike so we made it work. I road bike in the garage and the lil’s put lights on, put lights on the nets and off to play hockey with their rollerblades on… 💛

New race glasses came in…
